Terms of Service

The shiurim, transcripts, and gilyonos on Be'era shel Miriam are offered for your personal Torah learning. They may not be redistributed, reposted, or republished — please send others to the site itself, where everything is free.

Printed gilyonos may be picked up and shared as described on the pick up a copy page.

A free account lets you listen, save your place, bookmark shiurim, and keep your learning history. Accounts are personal to you; please don't share your sign-in with others. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.

Accounts are for women, as the shiurim are given for Jewish women.

Everything on the site is free of charge. The site is carried by donations and sponsorships, which are always voluntary.

Content is added and updated weekly, and shiurim or files may be added, revised, or removed over time. We may also update these terms; the current version will always be on this page.
